Always one of the more fun shows, the two Gregs dig into the mailbag to answer ten listener questions in the episode:
- When will Ferris and Ballesteros be promoted?
- Potential ace pitchers?
- Who wins a Cubs prospect home run derby?
- Who can help the Cubs bullpen?
- Can the system change the way a bullpen is constructed?
- Ed Howard’s projection?
- Thoughts on Cole Roederer?
- Can Haydn McGeary be a top 10 prospect?
- Overall thoughts of the system?
- Who could Cubs take in first round of draft?
- What is one player you would like the Cubs to draft?

Horton and Ferris are ace potential guys based on amateur status and what we don’t know about performance. I’ll, as always, throw out Richard Gallardo with that kind of ceiling on his own amateur status and what we *do* know about performance.
I would agree there’s no surefire guy, but Gallardo’s starting to miss bats (K rate’s lg avg with big gains the past few starts) and add the necessary power. Exciting times!
I like Wicks and Horton for Huss’ definition, Gallardo for Zumach’s
Ooops, add Ferris to Huss’ definition. A deep sleeper with more game action is Freilyn Silverio
