It’s always draft season here at North Side Bound and we finally have an answer to where the Cubs will be picking in the first round.

As expected, the Chicago Cubs didn’t win the lottery and they even moved back one selection. They will be selecting 13th this upcoming July.

Last year no one would have expected Dylan Lesko to be there for the Padres at pick 16.
